Previous Surveys
Here in the Previous Surveys Section, as we at The Journey Zone like to say, old surveys never die. Instead, they live forever in perpetuity, not unlike the music of Journey, which caused them to be written and completed in the first place.
When a survey has outlived its usefulness, when enough participants have answered to get an accurate reading, or when a certain period of time has passed since publication, JRNYDV and ydoboN pull the surveys out of circulation. The results remain on display here, but new visitors cannot add to them.
We currently have three surveys that meet this description: The Arrival Survey and the Behind the Music: Journey Survey, which were pulled from circulation exactly one year after first publication, each of which asked a simple question: what the respondent had to say about the item in question, either Journey's 2001 release, Arrival, or the VH1 airing of Behind the Music: Journey; there is also the 2002 Tour Song Survey, which asked respondents to select the songs from the Journey catalogue that they most wanted to hear live. That survey was pulled on July 4, 2002, at the official start of the Journey Under the Radar tour.
