MISCELLANEOUS NOTES:
Having turned down a position with Eric Clapton's band to play with Santana at the age of fifteen, Neal helped found Journey and is the only member to have appeared on every Journey album. Prior to Journey's 1996 reunion, Neal cut two albums with Bad English and had a solo venture which produced several albums. Neal designs his own guitars and dedicated his first solo album to his son, Miles Joseph Schon.

Neal responded to one of JRNYDV's questions in the Ask Journey section of Back Talk. The text is as follows:

JRNYDV (1/26/02 12:33 PM PST): ...Any chance of a thirtieth reunion concert in December '03 with [Ross,] Gregg, George, and Prairie (or Aynsley)? I live in Virginia now and in '03 I might be back in NYC. And I'm not a fan of air travel. But I would fly all the way to San Francisco to see that show.

Neal Schon (1/26/02 6:36 PM PST): We'll see how Gregg feels about it in 2003. I've been trying to make this happen for quite some time now. He's the only one that has been uninterested at this point.

Neal's solo albums are on sale at JRNYDV's Journey Store.
